When a need for heavy equipment is present, there are a number of options, including occasional rentals, long-term leases and outright purchases. It's the outright purchases that can be tricky, but financing can help.

Whether it's a backhoe, earthmover, steam roller or beyond that's needed to make a business get its jobs done, or a combination of it all, financing can be key in ensuring the equipment in inventory is the best and safest possible. With a smart business loan, a company can ensure they have the right equipment to perform the necessary tasks without having to settle for a machine that might not perform up to par.

When it comes to heavy equipment purchases, businesses that need them have a few obligations not only to their customers and their bottom line, but also to their employees, to address in any purchase. Machines, whether new or used, should be solid, offer safety features and must be in good repair. What's jeopardized otherwise is reliability and more importantly employee safety.

Before shopping for business loans, to ensure the best equipment purchases are made, a company should do some shopping for equipment first. Whether the business actually goes out and finds the piece they want to buy or not isn't necessary here, but research of prices, features and safety records of different types and styles of equipment is. The more you know about the machines and what tangible benefits they offer your business, the better.

Pick out a few different styles and makes and research them before heading to the bank. Have a few top choices in mind with a favorite, of course. Make sure the machines you're looking at have a good track record for performance, reliability and safety.

Now it's time to shop for loans. A good business loan will enable even a start up company to have the necessary equipment to get the job done. Shop different loan opportunities and look for those that offer good interest rates and also a decent payoff set up. Simple interest loans are the best because they can be paid off earlier, at a lower overall payment amount, without penalty. This can be very important for a small business. Getting rid of interest loans earlier can make a big difference in the bottom line.

Remember, when you approach banks, you'll want to not only know what types of machinery you need to buy, but also show how they will help you make money and increase your business' profits. Your business plan, financial records, information about the equipment and more might be needed to close the loan.

Getting a business loan can be a scary undertaking, especially for a first-time borrower, but they can make all the difference in the world for a start up. If the needed equipment isn't available for a new company, the chances for success in business are minimal. While rentals will help get the business off the ground, they're generally not good long-term solutions. Plus, outright purchases through loans come with other benefits for a business, too.

More Resources:
Heavy equipment financing.

http://www.financeheavyequipment.com

Excavator maintenance.

http://www.excavatortech.com

Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Tom_Sample

About Heavy Equipment And It's Uses In Construction

There are different types of construction that can be performed depending on what needs to be fixed or built in society. For instance one major type of construction is heavy construction. Heavy construction is the type of work that occurs when infrastructure is added to an already built up environment, such as building a highway. Those who own heavy construction projects are typically national or local level government agencies that deal with large contracts that last quite a length of time.

Heavy construction projects are usually done in the best interest of the public to service them better. Of course, it is hard to agree with this when you’re stuck in traffic while the roads or the sewers beneath them are being replaced, but indeed the end result has us in mind. That being said, not every heavy construction project is undertaken by the government. Some large, private corporations, such as power companies, harbors, railroads, mines and golf courses, are also involved. These private companies, among others, undertake heavy construction in order to create dams, railways, massive earthwork projects, etc.

Some developments that are considered heavy construction projects include:

- buildings

- parks - playgrounds - apartments - stadiums

- factories - malls

The most important part of heavy construction that makes it successful is the equipment that is used. Heavy construction equipment is essential to the project, because without it, even the basic construction work could never be completed. They are typically quite large, and are created specifically for one or two different uses. The primary equipment used for heavy construction includes but is not limited to: bulldozers, cranes, well drilling machinery, earthmoving equipment, loaders, draglines, cable plows, scrapers, generators, rollers, light towers, etc.

Each piece of heavy construction equipment plays an important role in the project. For instance, as far as groundwork is concerned, heavy rollers are used. Heavy rollers set up the project and find the base. They are then used to raise and drag tons of stones and iron from one place to the next.

The biggest problem that often occurs with heavy construction is the cost of building. Heavy equipment is quite expensive, and the people needed to work these machines and tools need to have the skill and experience in order to handle them. That being the case, many companies make the decision to rent or lease heavy equipment, sometimes even with or without the operators.

Unfortunately, because operators need to have both the skill and knowledge to work the equipment, they have become practically as indispensable as the heavy equipment. This can sometimes cause problems for companies who require heavy construction projects. To beat this problem, some companies hire people and then pay for their training, as opposed to trying to find someone who already has the training and is therefore going to request a much higher salary.

Despite certain problems, and expenses, most heavy construction projects are completed. The result of a heavy construction project is usually something that many people can benefit from and enjoy.

Rich Cussons is a prolific and diverse writer. They satisfy the needs in various forms like new heavy machinery, used heavy-duty equipment or even leasing or renting. One should ensure first that the used heavy equipments bought should be of high quality and would be safe to use. All companies do not sell the used heavy equipments but do definitely tell from where they could be purchased.

There are many companies, which sell the used heavy equipments, and their sales have created a good market place for the buyers and the sellers to come together for moving used iron. These auctions save the expenditure on transportation fee due to different onsite auctions. The main objective of the auctions of used heavy equipments is to make the process as easy as possible and the most cost effective to the clients. There are various benefits of sale of used heavy equipments. The lowest interest rates on the auction sale are 1.9%. The detailed report of inspection of the used heavy equipments is available for the used machinery purchased.

The transporting services of the used heavy equipments is available online. Wire transformers and escrow services is available to make the used heavy equipments transaction quick and easy. Toll free customer support to answer the queries along the way is provided to the buyers and sellers equivocally. Thus these types of website provide heavy cost savings in purchase and sale of used heavy equipments. Auctions of used heavy equipments help to save hundreds to thousands of dollars in transporting cost. They get the larger market of the people viewing and buying of used heavy equipments.

There are also some safety checklists while handling the used heavy equipments. One should wear hardhat, hearing protection and safety goggles. All the operators must wear safety belts while operating scrapers, loaders, dozers, tractors or graders. No passenger should be permitted on the used heavy equipments. One should keep the windows and windshield on heavy equipments. One should also take care that if the horn or back up alarm is in proper order. If the same is not in orderly fashion then it should not be used. Engine should be turned off before leaving the used heavy equipments unattended. After finishing the use of the heavy equipments one should set the brakes, turn on the power off and shift the gear level into neutral.

When the used heavy equipments are down graded, the equipments should be kept in gear and not in neutral condition. The most important work is that one should operate the “Slow Moving Vehicle' sign while operating the used heavy equipments on roads.

There are heavy equipments schools, which were incorporated in 1997. Its first classes started from January 1998. Its office and classroom are located in the medium size city in Mid-Western Oregon, Eugene and the work site is of 30 acres parcel in Co-burg. This school is licensed by the Oregon State Department of Education. In this school, highly experienced and patient staffs of instructors are available. This has resulted in an unusual graduation rate of students. A special care is taken that every student attending the school gets an optimum chance to succeed.

To begin a successful career in the field of heavy equipment operation, one should have willingness to learn and good attitude towards the teaching techniques. In this school, students learn to operate, 8 pieces of heavy equipment, safely and efficiently. These eight include front-end loaders, backhoe loaders, road graders, bulldozers, excavators, dump trucks, rollers and skied steer. The work site available in that school is ideal soil for the used heavy equipments. this soil may encounter on the job received.

The school provides all the materials a student requires during the training. The school provides all the materials a student just needs to bring his boots to provide ankle support. The school often conducts on site tours for prospective students. An ideal classroom environment and a trip to work site makes this school stand apart from all others. All these different and outstanding characteristics make this school stand apart.

Chris Warren, Used Heavy Equipment engineer - focusing on Used Heavy Construction Equipment and Used Construction Equipment

Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Chris_Warren

Construction Bulldozer Powerful Heavy Crawlers

Construction Bulldozer – Powerful Heavy Crawlers

The construction bulldozer is one of the most powerful crawlers that have a sturdy blade for an efficient equipment. Bulldozer, while often thought of as heavy machinery, actually refers to as a dozer bladed tractor.

Often times, the construction bulldozers are tracked vehicles that are gargantuan in size and extremely powerful. Their tracks provide them with amazing mobility as well as the ability to hold on through rough grounds. On the other hand, the wide tracks help in distributing the dozer weight on the wider areas. This helps the bulldozer from sinking in soft or muddy areas.

Construction bulldozers actually possess amazing ground hold. It also has a torque divider that converts the engine power into dragging ability, thereby allowing it to utilize its weight to be able to push those heavy materials and obstruction in front and easily remove objects from any ground.

Over the years, construction bulldozers have experience modifications and changed into becoming much modern and more efficient machinery capable of performing heavy tasks that the original dozers were not. For example, bulldozers become loader tractors by the removal of the blade and substitution of the bucket as well as hydraulic arms, making it effective in scooping of soil and loading the scooped material into trucks.

Original construction bulldozers are bulkier, whereas now there are smaller versions which are best in operating in small work places that allows for limited movement such as tunnels and caves. Mini bulldozers are affectionately called calfdozers.

For more articles and discussions on construction bulldozers and Komatsu excavators, do visit our Excavating Equipment World blog.

http://www.articlesbase.com/trucks-articles/construction-bulldozer

Domestic Demand for Bulldozer Increases, Bringing Recovery to Machinery Industry

Domestic Demand for Bulldozer Increases, Bringing Recovery to Machinery Industry

China’s bulldozer export volume reached 110, a year-on-year slip of 67.7 percent and a decrease of 9.7 percent link relative ratio. Compared with that of the past several months, the bulldozer export volume will continue to decline in future.

China's total bulldozer export volume of the first four months of 2009 showed a decrease of 53.3 percent to nearly 600. Although the decrease ratio is the same as that of loader and far lower than that of excavator, it also hinders the recovery of the machinery industry for the export of bulldozer makes up a high percentage of the industry’s total export.

However, the sales of bulldozers in China rise rapidly. In April 2009, the domestic sales increased year on year by 19.5 percent and link relative ratio of 5.4 percent to about 760. The total bulldozer sales of the first four months of 2009 in China represented a year-on-year increment of 3.4 percent to about 2250. It is the first time for bulldozer sales to realize a positive accumulative growth rate, which reflects a faster progress of recovery of the domestic demand for bulldozers than loaders and excavators.

In April 2009, the sales of Shantui, XCMC, TONGE and Pengpu decreased year on year by respectively 9.9 percent, 28.9 percent, -6.3percent and 65.6 percent to respectively 500,110,100 and 20. The market shares that the four companies made up were respectively 58.1 percent, 12. 4 percent, 11.6 percent and 2.5 percent. Compared with statistics of March 2009, except a slight rise of 0.3 percent in market share of Shantui, the rest three companies all saw a decrease and XCMC dropped by 3.3 percent. In April 2009, the bulldozer export volume of Shantui witnessed a sharp decrease of 62 percent to 90, making up 78.6 percent of the total amount. The export volume of XCMC, TONGE and Pengpu all stayed below 10.

In April 2009, China’s sales of large bulldozer of 220 plus hp declined year on year by 34.3 percent to 240 while its market share decreased year on year by 9.6 percent and increased link relative ratio by 9.1 percent to 27.1 percent. They are quite easy to use and environmentally friendly. There are quite a few different models and brands available on the market. All brands have various safety features in addition to being convenient to use.

Electric generators
are useful devices when your regular power source is unavailable or extra power is needed. They are available in different sizes and in different levels of performance or quality.

In an emergency, they are capable of running almost any electrical appliance in your home. Another good use for them is when you are away on a camping vacation. You will also find them used in construction sites as well.

In order to connect your portable electric generator to your appliances, you will require the use of a transfer switch. While the generator is in operation, the transfer switch will take the house offline from its traditional power source.

The switch protects the generator when the utility workers restore power. In order to use a transfer switch, a qualified electrician must install it and the local utility company must inspect it.

How do you know what sized electric generator you should get for your home? The idea is to size it based on your emergency needs. Some appliances in your home use a lot more power at start-up than they do when they are running.

Some appliances in this category would be freezers, washing machines, furnace motors and refrigerators. Due to this, it can be a little difficult to size electric generators for the home. The total amount of wattage that will be connected to the generator at one time needs to be determined.

Most motors and appliances will have the amount of watts they use on a label somewhere on the device. Some appliances, such as an air conditioner or a heat pump should not be connected to a portable electric generator as they use too much power.

http://www.articlesbase.com/tools-and-equipment-articles/the-lowdown

Caterpillar, Machine Makers, Climb on China Prospects

Caterpillar climbed $2.97, or 13 percent, to $25.44 at 4:02 p.m. in los angeles Stock Exchange composite trading, plus led a surge in U.S. equipment makers’ share prices. Let’s face it; we wouldn’t be able to get our jobs done if we didn’t have these behemoths available. But there are some hidden costs within their benefits.

Technology --

The technology used in heavy equipment is far beyond anything we have seen in the past and the costs to hire someone to operate a particular piece of equipment is skyrocketing. The national average for a heavy equipment operator is in the $60,000 range.

Maintenance --

Powerful heavy equipment is useless if there is no around to fix it. Working with heavy equipment is no easy task. If your company has purchased some type of machinery that has no maintenance agreement included, one major repair jobsite can wipe out the profit you had built into the project.

Theft --

Every year, millions of dollars worth of heavy equipment is stolen from the job site. Heavy equipment is tempting for thieves. The stolen heavy equipment is either parted out or taken to another area where it is sold or used by another business.

Underutilization --

When heavy equipment is underutilized your costs of acquisition skyrocket and your loss in value is occurring unnecessarily. Heavy equipment is not a cheap undertaking and you should find ways to maximize the value of your machinery. One thing to consider is renting or leasing your equipment when it is idle.

Worker injury --

Construction equipment is inherently dangerous to work around, especially for employees on foot. While heavy equipment is being operated, potentially dangerous materials may be present, electric circuits may be live, flammable or noxious liquids or gases and other potential dangers will exist. How are you prepared for these events should one occur? Remember: The best policy around heavy equipment is to take no chances.

As you see there are other things you need to consider as your fleet of heavy construction equipment grows and there are no easy answers. Talk to others in your area about how they manage their inventory and how they maintain, operate, move, and utilize their equipment.

Darren Slaughter writes for http://www.heavyequipmentreview.com

Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Darren_Slaughter

Heavy Machinery Financing

Heavy machinery equipment like backhoe, crane, bulldozer, crusher etc is essential for construction business. Heavy machinery like pneumatic conveyors, milling machines and drill jigs are used in places like farms, docks and construction sites. It is difficult to transport this equipment from one place to another. This is when the powerful material handling machines like tractors, bulldozers, trucks and trailers are used.

The equipment used for handling heavy machinery varies, depending upon the location. Industrial trucks and tractors are used to handle heavy machinery and move material around warehouses, storage yards, factories, or construction sites. A typical industrial truck, often called a forklift, uses a hydraulic lifting mechanism and forks to move large and heavy objects. Industrial tractors are also available to pull trailers loaded with material, goods, or equipment within factories and warehouses or around outdoor storage areas.

Ship loading and unloading equipment, conveyors and hoists are used at docks. Specialized material-handling equipment such as shipping tank unloading equipment is also used in docks, to gauge or sample shipping tanks and test them for leaks.

Other heavy machinery handling equipment includes conveyors and mine cars that are widely used in mines.

Prior to taking a decision about the material handling equipment to be used, it is important to take into account the general characteristics of the equipment. One should then attempt to determine which equipment is best suited for the required heavy machinery to be handled.

It is advisable to consult the dealers before purchasing or leasing such expensive equipment. Several companies provide material handling solutions for heavy machinery through their websites. Online Business to Business (B2B) platforms that allow buyers to interact with several manufacturers and equipment leasing companies are an excellent option to find the best prices for the purchase or leasing of heavy machinery material handling equipment.

Material Handling provides detailed information on Material Handling, Material Handling Equipment, Material Handling Systems, Heavy Machinery Material Handling and more. Material Handling is affiliated with Walk Through Metal Detectors .

Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Jennifer_Bailey

Lock Offers Space Saving Waferthin with 40% Improved Sensitivity

Lock Inspection Systems now offers its MET30+ Waferthin HF metal detector in a high frequency model that improves sensitivity by up to 40%. An optional high-flow hydraulic system is available on three models (226B2, 242B2 and 257B2) for applications that demand maximum work tool performance and a broad range of performance-matched Cat® work tools makes the B2 Series a versatile machine on the jobsite.

The new skid-steer loaders and their rated operating capacity (50 percent tipping load) are as follows:

216B2 — 1,400 pound

226B2 — 1,500 pound

232B2 — 1,900 pound (8.5 percent increase from the 232B)

242B2 — 2,100 pound (5 percent increase from the 242B)

236B2 — 1,950 pound (11.4 percent increase from the 236B)

252B2 — 2,500 pound

The new multi terrain loaders and their rated operating capacity (50 percent tipping load) are the following:

247B2 — 2,050 pound (5 percent increase from the 247B)

257B2 — 2,500 pound (8 percent increase from the 257B)

Bundled Option Packages
Options are bundled in packages to make selection easier. For the B2 Series machines, those include four cab packages and three control packages. Cab packages allow selection from a basic cab to one with suspension seat, cab debris barrier, cup holder, heater/air conditioner, cab door, and side windows.

Three available control packages run from a basic design to one with high-flow joystick options. That latter option allows actuation of continuous hydraulic flow from a button on the joystick. An auxiliary hydraulic flow toggle on the right joystick allows precise control of flow to the work tool. On the 236B2 and 252B2, a two-speed option is actuated by a trigger on the left joystick. That option allows the operator to increase productivity in an application where high travel speeds are needed.
Radial and Vertical Lifts Designs
The radial lift design on four of the machines (216B2, 226B2, 236B2 and 247B2) delivers excellent digging performance. The 232B2, 242B2, 252B2 and 257B2 have a vertical lift design, which provides extended reach and lift height for quick and easy truck loading.
High Flow Hydraulic Option
Additional options include a gear pump high-flow system on the 226B2, 242B2 and 257B2 to run Caterpillar high-flow work tools. The system uses an additional gear pump to provide additional flow. It increases available flow from 15.6 gpm to 26 gpm at 3,335 psi. The system is available from the factory or for field installation.

The popular self-leveling option will continue to be offered. It allows the operator to keep the work tool or load level while raising the lift arms. Caterpillar ToughGuard™ hoses are used for all lift, tilt and auxiliary circuits. They are approximately 20 times more resistant to abrasion than standard hoses and provide improved machine reliability.
Longer Oil Change Interval
Improved reliability and availability will result from increased oil sump capacity on the six machines with the 3024C engine. An additional 1.9 quarts of oil moves the oil change interval to 500 hours and reduces maintenance time.
Multi Terrain Loader Improvements
Undercarriage features on the 247B2 and 257B2 multi terrain loaders are designed to maximize production while reducing owning and operating costs. The two machines feature a 10 percent improvement in low-speed drawbar pull. A single-level suspension undercarriage provides low ground pressure, stability, high traction and fast travel. Idlers and bogie wheels feature heavy-duty metal face seals and tapered roller bearings to add reliability, durability and protection.

Components, including idlers and bogie wheels, shafts and standard steel rear idlers, can be replaced without removing the entire track assembly. In addition, track removal is not necessary to replace most undercarriage components and the time required to replace the track has been greatly reduced. A new, easy-to-use track tensioning system permits quick and easier track adjustment. New planetary gear reduction drive motors eliminate the need for the outboard bearings on previous undercarriages and Heavy Duty Dual Face (HDDF) seals are used on all idlers and bogie wheels.

http://www.acppubs.com/article/CA6526617.html

Caterpillar TH255 Telehandler

The TH255 super compact telehandler is a wholly new model in the Caterpillar line and offers compact dimensions and exceptional maneuverability for efficient work in tight areas. With a robust chassis and mast, low-maintenance components, rapid access for checks, and a long service interval, Mitsubishi expects these trucks to have a long and highly productive life with minimal downtime.

For operators there is a comfortable, full-suspension, fully adjustable seat, an adjustable armrest and ergonomically designed controls. All hydraulic movements are smooth and jolt-free, while 360-degree, electronic, 'fly-by-wire', progressive steering means that manoeuvring is precise, effortless and controlled – whatever the speed.

An automatic, stepless speed reduction system constantly monitors lift height and steering angle – adjusting speed whenever necessary. For even greater versatility, the truck's programmable controller can be used to set acceleration, travel speed, lift speed and braking parameters at levels appropriate to each operator.

The SBSN series comes with an impressive specification as standard and a range of useful optional features. For example, the side stabilisers that are standard with triplex masts can be fitted as an option on duplex. Customers can also choose a system that makes sure the side stabilisers are deployed when the forks are lifted to 2.5 metres or higher.

Welcoming the SBSN, Terry Foreman, General Manager of Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks UK, says: "The quality of these new stackers is exactly what you'd expect from a company with the reputation and massive resources of Mitsubishi. But excellent trucks will only maximise a customer's productivity if they are backed up by excellent support on the ground. That's where our network of friendly local dealers has something very special to offer. Whether you're looking for a 'do-anything' truck like the SBSN or a more specialised machine, there's a Mitsubishi dealer near you who is ready, willing and fully equipped to deliver the trucks and the service you need."

http://www.mhwmagazine.co.uk/index.asp?show=newsArticle&id=4585&country=

Hyundai launches AC powered battery forklift trucks

Six new "Dash 7" models, 1.5t - 2t capacity, 3-wheel and 4-wheel to be introduced at Manutention 2008

Hyundai Heavy Industries Europe (HHIE), the construction equipment and forklift truck division of the Korean industrial giant, has announced the European launch of a new series of advanced battery-powered Dash-7 fork-lift trucks with AC technology at Manutention, Paris.

There are three 4-wheel models (16, 18 and 20B-7) with 1.6, 1.8 and 2.0t capacity, and three 3-wheel models (15, 18 and 20BT-7), with lift capacities of 1.5, 1.8 and 2.0t capacity, respectively. These new models replace the previous "Dash 5" HBF15-5, 18-5, 15T-5 and 18T-5 models, whilst the two new 2t models (20B-7 and 20BT-7) are additions to the range.

AC
These are the first models to be offered by Hyundai with AC motors, providing superior control, smoother driving, improved energy efficiency, all aided by the excellent inherent braking and regeneration capacity of the drive system.

There are also significant performance benefits from the AC drive system, with improved traction, gradability (up to nearly 30%), and controllability, both on the ramp and during braking, provided by the smooth-working retardation characteristics of the AC drive motors. This enhances stability, operator confidence and consequent overall working efficiency.

The drive system utilises efficient Sauer-Danfoss drive motors (dual-drive on all models) and hydraulics with Zapi electronic controllers. The robust new, direct-drive AC motors are sealed units which are cleaner and quieter (than DC motors), and make a significant contribution to reduced operating and maintenance costs: there are no brushes or commutators, providing longer life and less servicing. The brakes too are maintenance-free, long-life wet-disc brakes.

A feature of the electronic control system is that different performance modes (High, Normal, Economy or Turtle) and speed limits can be pre-selected, and any system errors are displayed directly on the dashboard for self-diagnosis (making laptop analysis for simple faults unnecessary - but possible). There is also a high degree of component commonality between all the models.

Design
The overall design features new smooth, rounded lines to complete their modern appearance, and close attention in the design has been given to operator comfort: with easy, lower step-in, improved seating position and visibility.

They also incorporate many operational performance benefits. The four-wheel machines have a particularly small turning radius (1.7-1.78m), comparable even to that of the highly-manoeuvrable three-wheel machines (with 1.57-1.69m). And low overall dimensions (1.1m wide and under 2m high) make these models the most compact in their class.

Other detail improvements include: J-section mast (replacing previous I-section) for reduced front overhang, increase load capacity and enhanced stability, and other simple yet important small touches such as better right-hand starter key position, bigger grab handles and lighter ratchet park brake lever.

These trucks have been conceived essentially for high-production indoor applications, so high-intensity utilisation between battery re-charge is possible, ensuring full working potential for entire shifts.

Statement
"The efficient new models bring a new dimension to the expanding Hyundai range," explains Dirk Luyten, Hyundai's European Sales Manager (Lift-trucks). "with an increasing emphasis on operator pleasure, which is the combination of precision, comfort and reliability. Hyundai has been able to establish its brand thanks to its modern philosophy refusing to blindly « follow » contemporary tendencies for the use of electronics. This Hyundai philosophy is the markets true innovation: electronics have to serve man, not the other way around."

Availability
These new AC-powered Dash-7 models will be launched in Europe at Manutention, Paris Nord Villepinte (11-14 March 08), Hall 6 - Stand E 084, and will be available for delivery from the first quarter of 2008. More additions to Hyundai's "Dash-7" range are expected to follow later this year.

New Training Centre
With a view to improving product knowledge and technical support, Hyundai has recently opened a new training centre at Geel, to provide product and technical training for dealers and customers, as well as certified operator training courses. This reduces cycle times, and makes for safe and easy operation by any inexperienced operator.

Generous bucket rollback allows easy filling and transportation without load spillage, with the arms fully lowered providing a lower centre of gravity.

A correctly sized bucket ensures that the load is limited to its rating, and the machine balance is good in design that it enables the loader to remain balanced either fully loaded or when the bucket is removed.

Other main safety features include a safety release valve that prevents unsafe overloading of its hydraulic systems, a rupture-proof fuel tank made of heavy gauge steel, and non-slip perforated operator platform that is free from hot engine obstruction, while soft touch controls makes it simple and easy to operate the control panel.

The Kanga Kid has long-life linkable pins, a self levelling arm, enclosed hydraulic wheel motors, a vee twin petrol engine and optional heavy-duty Donaldson air cleaner.

http://www.ferret.com.au/c/Kanga-Loaders/
Mini-sized-compact-skid-steer-loader-from-Kanga-Loaders-n735153

Construction Machinery from Volvo Construction Equipment Australia

Volvo Construction Equipment Australia, started in 1974, deals with distribution of equipment to the industries of construction, mining, transport, agriculture and forestry.
